By participating in a session where recording is used, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recordings are provided for the client’s personal use only

  • Recordings may not be copied, shared, published, or distributed without our prior written permission

  • Recordings are not to be used while driving or operating heavy machinery

If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us before the session begins.

Services Provided Virtually and/or In Person

We may provide services:

  • Virtually (e.g., video conferencing platforms)

  • In person (at an agreed location)

Virtual services may involve third-party video platforms. While we choose reputable tools, we cannot control the privacy practices of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any platform used for virtual sessions.

Work With Minors

Our services may be available to minors only under the following conditions:

  • Clients under 18 years of age require parental or legal guardian awareness and consent

  • A parent/guardian may be required to sign intake forms and agreements

  • We may request verification of guardianship and consent before providing services

Disclaimer: Coaching and Hypnotherapy Are Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Our services are intended for coaching, hypnotherapy, and wellness support.

  • We do not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis services

  • We do not diagnose conditions or make medical or mental health claims

  • You should seek qualified medical or mental health care for diagnosis, treatment, or urgent concerns

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Legal Protections and Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from coaching, hypnotherapy, or wellness services

This Privacy Policy does not create a therapist-client relationship or any relationship beyond what is set out in our client agreement and applicable law.
